AEROLARRI 250th Anniversary of America Wheels - The Americana Style
To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the USA in 2026, AEROLARRI has designed a limited-edition wheel style called the Americana. The wheel design itself speaks of American ethos inspired by a military general's star pin for a main shape and cut out within the center as well. Further, at the tips are military chevrons, and even a pentagon at the very center. Combining form, function, beauty and patriotism are a challenging mix. With a childhood interest in coin collecting, the founder of AEROLARRI, Chet Baigh, has engraved some of the typical US coin mottos into the outer rim of the wheel as well. Those outer rim wheel engravings which you can choose, a la carte, being, LIBERTY, 1776-2026, E PLURIBUS UNUM, IN GOD WE TRUST and of course, 250th Anniversary of USA. As one would expect, the 250th American anniversary wheel edition is limited to only 250 sets. The design is 100% human-designed by Chet, and the wheel renderings are from the actual wheel CAD files. Since they are true forged, they can be made for any car, in any size and any color. But modeled here is a rear wheel for a 2026 C8 Corvette ZR1 sized 21x13. A repeat AEROLARRI customer snagged that for a fitting car. Also note that this style is slated to progress towards a design patent as we often do. So there won't be copies or iterations from others.
While any colors are available, the colors shown are generally aimed at coin, bullion or medal colors to tie in the concept. Those shown are Chrome Ultra Polished & Clear Coat, Viking Gold Polished and a variety of others like Black Ghost Glaze Polished. The star on the center cap is optionally colored, just like the lettering for AEROLARRI and the specific #-of-250 edition numbers.

We at AEROLARRI are taking a page out of the C8 Corvette’s strategy book and changing the wheel game with a new selection of an absurd value. Utilizing unique digital abilities and efficient logistics, AEROLARRI is able to deliver the same true forged wheel that’s completely CNC’d from a solid block of aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum at a fraction of the normal cost. This includes all-new designs and pioneering engineering such as the Multicave (multiple concavities which aid in lateral stability). AEROLARRI also is launching the “Structure Staggered” wheels category, such as the Hurricane style. Structure Staggered is a utility patent pending set of wheels where the rears have more structures on the face to aid the increased lateral and torsional demands of high-power cars. Reinventing the wheel is what AEROLARRI does. It has been doing it for nearly a decade and includes the ShockWheel, RimWings and the augmented reality HoloSpect.

A little back story. Chet Baigh invented and built the HoloSpect which uses manufacturers' own CAD files to display wheels in augmented reality on their own cars. Since the HoloSpect business plan was to add more brands' wheels endlessly using their CAD files, like magazine ads, that plan needed to change. And so AEROLARRI Wheels was born. For such low cost, the buyer generally needs to understand that delivery takes a while, and the wheels are completely custom made to order. They generally take 5-9 weeks for delivery. But since any true forged wheels take 6 to 12 weeks for delivery regardless of the source, it’s virtually no sacrifice at all.

C8 Fitment is Perfected. Perfectly Flush. No Rub. Perfect speedometer reading verified by GPS. Front Lift compatible. No research is required. Just choose C8 Easy Buy or the C8 Corvette options in the checkout. This is only possible by the wheels being true forged, and so the perfect custom measurements are dialed-in to .001 of a millimeter.
Non-C8 wheel buyers also get perfect fitment. The standard checkout page allows you to dial in the exact measurements you choose for your specific car. This includes front and rear offsets, widths and diameters. However, the buyer is responsible for ensuring proper fitment. What you enter there is exactly what will be delivered. AEROLARRI Wheels is not responsible for incorrect entries or improper research.
These prices and designs are made possible by using some of the same digital engineering tactics of the U.S. Air Force’s new “eSeries” of aircraft. For the first time ever, the USAF will begin designating planes based on how they were designed (with the “e” meaning digitally engineered), versus their role alone. It’s really that substantial. The first of the USAF’s ePlanes and eSatellites is Boeing’s new eT-7A Red Hawk trainer jet. These engineering methods not only allow for next-gen products, but also far lower costs. And we are passing these cost savings onto the customer.
