Cashin Fiber
AEROLARRI "Cashin Fiber" is a composite material made from real shredded U.S. money, using 53 brand new patent pending processes and resulting compositions. US cash currency is an extremely advanced fibrous material, much like carbon fiber. Dollar bills still look good after 30 years of circulation, so the secret fibers used to make cash are very robust and proprietary by nature. One idea I implemented is to take shredded currency (the FED does this to retire bills) and use it instead of, and/or to supplement carbon fiber. The U.S. Federal Reserve Bank no longer sells shredded currency to the public for security reasons. They also routinely reject anyone who ask. And yet, after many meetings at the Chicago FED, board approvals, and CIA/FBI clearances, AEROLARRI has secured an agreement with the United States Federal Reserve Bank to attain and use all their shredded currency for this specific purpose.
As AEROLARRI is the only company in the world to have a portfolio of large-scale proprietary processing methods and a stable supply of shredded currency, we welcome other manufacturers to contact us for using it with their automotive products. We can make or license most anything within certain guidelines, and have a yearly supply of $6 Billion (original value) of shredded currency. AEROLARRI is bound by very tight controls agreed upon in attaining the agreement from the U.S. FED. The RimWings are planned to be made with the carbon fiber and “Cashin Fiber” hybrid shown. This synergistic hybrid (and others), of course, is a patent pending composition.
Cashin Fiber is only available to U.S. buyers due to State Department regulations. International RimWing orders will be solid carbon fiber.

How is it made? Well here are a couple picture clues of me making it in the lab. Excuse my forgotten button usage- you may not know real heat. Scale is not a problem by the way. I also needed to make a process to fulfill any number of orders. But the initial quantity of orders was the variable, and thus the reason for a pre-order strategy.
The proprietary processes is more complicated than you'd expect when you consider that when receiving bulk raw shredded bills from the FED, they come in compact circular bricks. These bricks have a density of wood, so efficient disassembly is required before reassembly. Each brick has an average original face value of around $2,323, as defined by the Chicago FED.
Here is a video of me picking up the fist load of raw shredded bills- Do Share! These are loose shreds with briquettes. All versions are patent pending.
