Maximize the beautiful sound of the C8 Z06's sensational naturally-aspirated V8. This system aims to keep that distinctly exotic tone on its way to a 8,600 RPM redline. Enjoy more of the legendary Z06 sound without the raspy torture of less elaborate and refined exhausts. Plus there is no drone. This is accomplished utilizing the capped quarter-wave resonator to capture unwanted tones and drones which are not true to the Z06, before re-amplifying great sound back into the system. Our Performance Exhaust System embraces those signature elements and maximizes them with longer tubing and a bespoke X-pipe to refine that sound and deliver it in all conditions with our lightweight non-valved system. CONSTRUCTION: Each set is assembled in house in the USA out of mandrel bent, thick wall .065″” T304L stainless steel. Back purged TIG welding ensures proper weld penetration and longevity. We fabricate using thick gauge aluminum fixtures which act as a great heat sink during the welding process and prevent warping not only of our products, but the fixtures themselves to ensure perfect fitment. Due to the close proximity of plastics and sensitive components, heat shields are a MUST with the C8! We’ve partnered with PTP Turbo Blankets to produce a bespoke, form-fitting heat shielding solution. Far superior to no-name brand copies, PTP Lava Turbo Blankets are constructed with an outer layer made from pulverized volcanic lava rock (Rated 1800°F Direct Heat / 2500°F Radiant Heat) formed into fabric and woven into a tight mesh weave. These blankets are internally insulated with high temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool (Rated 1832°F Continuous / 2300°F Peak) overlaid with a high temperature stainless steel mesh for increased durability and improved thermal resistance. The Lava Blankets are designed to withstand the harshest of conditions.

DEVELOPMENT: The factory valved exhaust is rather free flowing with valves open, and we wanted to craft an aggressive non-valved solution while mitigating drone through a longer exhaust tract. Our split bank 3″ crossover design offers maximum flow and V8 rumble while shedding approximately 20 lbs. Valve Simulators are included for both NPP and AFM valves to enable removal without triggering a CEL.

Valved C8 Stingray Exhaust with Jet-Hot Matte Black Tips
With two distinct tones, SOUL’s C8 Corvette Valved Exhaust offers a significant sound improvement over the factory exhaust through a bespoke chambered X-pipe muffler. Valves open mode elicits an aggressive V8 rumble for an invigorating driving experience. With valves closed, the exhaust is routed through a bespoke SOUL chambered muffler we designed with an internal X-Pipe to meet our sound goals. This unique muffler was crafted to match our high standard of drone fighting mufflers that we are known for in the Porsche world. We tested a more traditional perforated core muffler design as well but the carefully engineered chambers of the final muffler result in a more aggressive sound on and off throttle with reduced undesirable tones. With valves open, exhaust flow is free to exit through 3″ piping for a thunderous roar. Secondary flow through the muffler and x-pipe reduces rasp and smooths the exhaust note for a higher pitched, more refined sound. The end result is two distinct and enjoyable sound modes – mild and wild.
AFM valve deletes are included for the factory exhaust valves (designed to limit flow in four-cylinder mode) in order to delete them without triggering a check engine light.
