Truly and entirely "Forged" and CNC cut. No marketing words before or after "Forged" indicating a cheaper, foreign-made cast wheel with a rolled barrel are required. They are all simply Forged. Using advanced technology, industry-leading design, and true forged wheel manufacturing properties, AEROLARRI has designed many wheels unlike any seen before- and the PowerOn Bronco wheel is a result. -- Standard & Real Beadlock PowerOn true forged wheel versions are also available as a premium option which adds $369 to each wheel. AEROLARRI Augmented Reality Bronco PowerOn wheels walkaround using actual wheel CAD files. Wheel color/finish: Pale Ale Gold Brushed on Antimatter Blue
We at AEROLARRI are changing the wheel game with a new selection of an absurd value. Most all true forged wheels cost thousands more per set since they are CNC milled from a solid block aluminum and take a long time to make. Utilizing unique digital abilities and efficient logistics, AEROLARRI is able to deliver the same true forged wheel that’s completely CNC’d from a solid block of aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum at a fraction of the normal cost with amazing quality. This includes all-new designs and pioneering engineering such as the Multicave (multiple concavities which aid in lateral stability). AEROLARRI also is launching the “Structure Staggered” wheels category, such as the Hurricane style. Structure Staggered is a utility patent pending set of wheels where the rears have more structures on the face to aid the increased lateral and torsional demands of high-power cars. Reinventing the wheel is what AEROLARRI does. It has been doing it for nearly a decade and includes the ShockWheel, RimWings and the augmented reality HoloSpect.
If available, customers get videos of their actual wheels being made such as these. This is how true forged wheels are made. No part of the wheel is ever made from molten metal poured into a cast.

All AEROLARRI wheels are “Forged” or “True Forged,” as we say. We say True Forged to help avoid the confusion with any “XYZ Forged” (or Formed) wheel. Forged/True Forged wheels are entirely CNC milled from a solid block of forged 6061-T6 aluminum. That includes the face, sides and everything in between. It takes a long time and makes a much stronger, lighter and far more expensive wheel. Watch this PowerOn Bronco wheel being made, And the finished product. Such finished wheel pictures are sent to each customer when it ships. Cast wheels by comparison are only 60% as strong as Forged wheels, generally speaking.

Fitment Guide:
AEROLARRI PowerOn wheels are available in 17, 18 and 20 inch diameters. Each diameter is also available in a variety of widths ranging from 7.5 inches wide to 12 inches wide. Many people will not want to buy new tires, so a guide is below to show you the choices to reuse your stock tires based on your Bronco model. All 20 inch PowerOn wheels require new tires. They are also $272 more for the whole set of 4 or 5 wheels. (Not Each). All $18 inch wheels are $136 more, per set of 4 or 5.
Offsets: Each wheel size can be made with MEDIUM or AGGRESSIVE offsets. The MEDIUM offset will make the wheels protrude 2 inches more than the stock wheels. While AGGRESSIVE offsets will protrude 2.5 inches past stock. However, to maintain a nearly stock fitment, the stock 17x7.5 size is only one 1 inch past the stock wheels, for MEDIUM and 1.3 Inches for AGGRESSIVE.
For 17x7.5 Only:
- 17x7.5 MEDIUM = 1 Inch Past Stock Fitment (Near Stock), ET +30
- 17x7.5 AGGRESSIVE = 1.3 Inches Past Stock Fitment, ET +22
For All Wheels (Except 17x7.5, 18x10+ and 20x10+):
- MEDIUM = 2 Inches Past Stock Fitment. Equivalent example: 18x9 ET +23
- AGGRESSIVE = 2.5 Inches Past Stock Fitment. Equivalent example: 18x9 ET +10
For 18x10 and 20x10, and wider:
- For 18s and 20s, with widths of 10 inches or wider, MEDIUM jumps to 2.5 Inches, and AGGRESSIVE jumps to 3 Inches, Past Stock.
For Bronco Versions: Sasquatch, Wildtrack, First Edition, and Raptor, the amount by which the PowerOn wheels protrude past the stock wheels is reduced by 1 inch in every scenario. That's because these Bronco versions come from the factory with wheels which have more aggressive offsets. Therefore, for these versions, the MEDIUM protrudes by 1 inch, and AGGRESSIVE by 1.5 inches. And beyond widths of 18x10 and 20x10, this figure jumps to MEDIUM = 1.5" and AGGRESSIVE = 2". This is visually depicted in the Offset Range by Size and Bronco Version chart below.
Steps to reuse your stock tires:
1) Choose your Bronco version and a corresponding size from the chart.
2) Visit the Bronco Buy Here section at the top of this page.
3) Enter that size you chose, your color & finish, check MEDIUM or AGGREESIVE offsets and checkout with a quantity of 1 (for 1 set of 4). You may add the 5th spare wheel too.
