New! RUN FLAT option for 20/21 base C8 Corvette Stingrays. The world's first and only! Until now, NO run flat tires were available in the sizes required for any base C8 wheels that are sized 20 front and 21 rear. Now that Michelin has made the Z06's 345/25/21 ZP Run Flat tire available to the public, we can now make fully run flat wheel sets for the base C8 also. The C8 Corvette does not come with a spare tire, because it uses run flats from the factory. For years, AEROLARRI has been making 21x13 rear wheels for the base C8 using the 355/25/21 tire. In fact we might be the only company to offer this as a standard option still! We pioneered the size fitment. The 345/25/21 will also fit this standard (and premium-priced option). The AEROLARRI 20/21 Run Flat choice is now 20x9 and 21x13 (Check Premium Price). This is now an option in every C8 Easy Buy section within each styles' page. The tires to be used are 255/30/20, Michelin PS4S ZP (Run Flat) and the 345/25/21, Michelin PS4S ZP (Run Flat). You can also order the tires here on our tire page which are sourced from TireRack/Discount Tire with free shipping and no sales tax outside of IL. Note, this can also work on 20x9.5 and 21x13. It DOES NOT work on any thinner wheel like 21x12.5 - We physically tried already.
New! ALL SEASON option for 20/21 base C8 Corvette Stingrays. LOW COST Tires! - Drive year-round!!! The world's first and only! Until now, NO All Season tires were available in the sizes required for any base C8 wheels that are sized 20 front and 21 rear. Now that Michelin has made the E-Ray's 345/25/21 All Season ZP Run Flat tire available to the public, we can now make fully All Season wheel sets for the base C8 also. For years, AEROLARRI has been making 21x13 rear wheels for the base C8 using the 355/25/21 tire. In fact we might be the only company to offer this as a standard option still! We pioneered the size fitment. The 345/25/21 All Season will also fit this standard (and premium-priced for the meaty 21x13 wheel). The AEROLARRI 20/21 All Season choice is now 20x9.5 using Michelin 265/30/20 All Season (which are non-run flat). Yes, only the rears are BOTH All Season and Run Flat- with the rears being 21x13. This is now an option in every C8 Easy Buy section within each styles' page with prices. The tires to be used are 265/30/20, Michelin PS4 AS (All Season) and the 345/25/21, Michelin PS4S ZP (All Season and Run Flat). You can also order the tires here on our tire page which are sourced from TireRack/Discount Tire with free shipping and no sales tax outside of IL. Z06 / E-Ray C8: 20/21 2-Piece:
A 2-Piece wheel is a great solution for perfect flush fitment. 2-Piece cost a decent amount more. But the stance is immaculate. All AEROLARRI Styles can be made/converted to 2-Piece. So don't hesitate to ask! - at [email protected]. AEROLARRI 2-Piece wheels cost more for the base set + shipping and options like color and engravings.
Front 20x10 & Rear 21x13 - (Tires: Stock 275/30/20, 295/25-R20 or 305/25/20 & Rear: 355/25-R21 or 345/25-R21
Front 20x10.5 & Rear 21x13 - (Tires: 275/30/20, 285/30/20 (BEST), 295/25-R20 or 305/25/20 & Rear 355/25-R21 or 345/25-R21
Z06 E-Ray C8: 20/21 Monoblock:
Monoblocks are a great solution for the C8 Z06, E-Ray and ZR1 wheels. Our new extra deep concavity forged 21x13 wheels means perfectly flush fitment without the need for spacers.
21/22 C8 Setups with perfect offsets:
Front 21x8.5 & Rear 22x12 (+$788) - (Tires: 245/30R21 & 335/25R22)
All prices are PER SET of 4 wheels (Not Each). And select a Quantity of 1 at checkout.
Lug Nuts:
All C8 Corvettes use the M14x1.5 lug nuts with Cone/Taper seat and "Bulge." This is what you should use for AEROLARRI wheels. The stock C8 lug nuts also fit. You can get any color of lug nuts in this size on Amazon or eBay inexpensively. They all fit. Or you can add Max Grab Lug Nuts to your C8 or Tesla order. You can see why they are better HERE.
**Note: All 20x9.5 wheels can use the 265/30/R20 tires for extra sidewall and width. It is a tight fit with the removable plastic splash guards. It's so close that GM's tolerances factor into whether it lightly brushes that cheap plastic until it erodes off after 50 feet or so. You won't notice it even happened usually. Probability is around 10% that this happens. This is why 255/30/R20 is the go-to size for guaranteed fitment. You may freely get the 265/30/20 for 20x9.5 fronts. You can also see it on this car here. Lowering the car will reduce this risk. Lowering increases the tolerance because the splash guards are on the lower hemisphere of the wheel well.

Pictured Below is a brand new C8 Z06 with aftermarket AEROLARRI forged 2-Piece wheels. They are 20x10.5 front with 285/30/20 and 21x13 rear, with 355/25/21. This is the current record for the widest wheel setup for a Z06. We have made wider for the base C8 widebodies. - No Lowering, spacers or other adjustments. All that will come soon for this car.
Z06/E-Ray wheels are now available in the EASY BUY for C8 Corvette section within each style's page).. The stock wheels for the Z06 C8 are 20x10 and 21x13. As shown above, that is a premium price setup for Monoblocks- "Front 20x10 & Rear 21x13 (+$288 + $999) - (Tires: 265/30-R20 or 295/25/20 & 355/25-R21 or 345/25-R21 which are the new Michelin size for the C8 Z06)". We also have a 20x10.5 front option for that extra edge! We are also stressing that 2-piece versions should be used to achieve the perfect flushness we all desire with an extreme widebody setup (without spacers). Also the extra price for the fronts does not exist for 2-Piece options. You can swap the existing Z06 factory tires and TPMS sensors to the AEROLARRI wheels. They alsomay need open-ended lug nuts in case you get the carbon fiber wheel option and want AEROLARRI wheels for street use. This is all a standard menu choice in the *Easy Buy* for C8 Buy sections within each monoblock style. We can now make ANY styles into a 2-Piece if you desire that. *For Monoblock Z06 orders* we also include free thin stackable spacers to dial in the rear offsets you want in conjunction with our Max Grab Lug Nuts. Without the spacers, the offsets will only match that of the stock Z06 wheels due to how extreme the widebody fenders are, and our 21x13 offset limits.. BUT, it is a much less expensive option than 2-Piece. Read more on how this works safely at the bottom of the Max Grab Lug Nuts Page.

Upgrading a C8 Corvette to 19x9 and 20x11.5 using stock C8 Corvette tires. Fitment and Benefits
*All AEROLARRI 19/20 wheel sets automatically come with our proprietary offsets which make the wheels perfectly flush with the fenders. Yes, we offer the exact stock sizes with better fender fitment, but why not get better performance also for your upgrade...
The stock C8 Corvette wheel sizes are 19x8.5 and 20x11. So why choose 19x9 and 20x11.5? That's .5 inches wider. This wider wheel width is ideal for the stock C8 Corvette tire sizes. The existing tires swap over to the new AEROLARRI 19x9 and 20x11.5 wheels without any hassle. (TPMS sensors swap just as easily too). You don't need new tires for your new set of wheels. However, going .5 wider will have the following benefits:
- More rubber on the road - Going .5 wider stretches the tire out slightly to make the contact patch bigger. That means more traction from more rubber contacting the road. Yes, it is perfectly safe. We even have a 1.0 wider wheel option for those who want to stretch the tires to the maximum performance-minded amount (19x9.5 and 20x12). Yes, we have 20x12.5 rears also, but at that width, we recommend wider tires.
Going .5 wider is free with us. And it has the following benefits (or + 1.0 wider):
1 - Faster acceleration- Have you seen a dragster? Look at the rear tires. They are very fat. More rubber = more traction = faster 0-60 without tuning the engine. It's the ultimate C8 cheat code for an unhackable ECU.
2 - Better handling- More rubber = more traction again. This time laterally. Your car will instantly be capable of more sideways G forces and faster turns.
3 - More responsive turn-in - There is an amount of time between when you turn the steering wheel and when the car reacts. This is the turn-in time. It is decided by the height and angle of sidewall of your tire (all else being equal). By stretching the tire some, the "play" in the tire will be reduced and the turn-in time will be reduced. This is a very dramatic effect, and the most prominent of any listed here. But few will cite it until you jerk the wheel for them!
4 - More wheel concavity - The wheel design naturally flows to a more dramatically conical shape by having wider wheels. This is a greater angle of concavity and is visually ideal.
5 - Smoother ride - That's because of the slight tire stretch. On normal width wheels, the tire's sidewall goes straight down below the wheel. This induces a compressive force only, other than the tire-bulge. Making them stretch slightly with wider wheels causes the sidewall to be angled very slightly. When angled slightly, the tire sidewall can then bow (verb, like in the archery sense) as well as compress, when hitting a bump. This affect is magnified with the C8's run-flat tires which have a notoriously stiff sidewall.
*Weight - Even when going .5 wider, our true forged wheel sets are 19.2 pounds lighter on average than a set of the stock wheels.
Below are pictures of 19x9 and 20x11.5 with original factory tires, and our AEROLARRI true forged fitment down to the perfect mm for the C8 corvette. This car is on stock suspension (not lowered) - Also NO RUB! -

Below: AEROLARRI Z06Z wheels 19x9.5 and 20x12.5. Tires: 255/35 and 325/30. Graphene Glaze Brushed Shown on the C8.R car - Additional Tire ranges: Front 255/30, 265/30 or 275/30. REAR: 335/25 - 355/25. Remember it's a ratio. So you will have far too much sidewall if you did 5 more on each.
REARS: 345/25R20 is 1.5% different than stock. And 335/25R20 is -2.2% Different than stock. These are the best bigger options. FRONTS: 275/30R19 is 1.2% different from stock. And 255/35R19 is +0.8% different than stock (same as pictures). You can always adjust the speedometer with proper air pressure in the tire. But you absolutely not see a change in speedometer readings with this slight of a change.
