Until now, NO run flat tires were available in the sizes required for any base C8 wheels that are sized 20 front and 21 rear. Now that Michelin has made the Z06's 345/25/21 ZP Run Flat tire available to the public, we can now make fully run flat wheel sets for the base C8 also. The C8 Corvette does not come with a spare tire, because it uses run flats from the factory. For years, AEROLARRI has been making 21x13 rear wheels for the base C8 using the 355/25/21 tire. It's so close that GM's tolerances factor into whether it lightly brushes that cheap plastic until it erodes off after 50 feet or so. You won't notice it even happened usually. Probability is around 10% that this happens. This is why 255/30/R20 is the go-to size for guaranteed fitment. You may freely get the 265/30/20 for 20x9.5 fronts. You can also see it on this car here. Lowering the car will reduce this risk. Lowering increases the tolerance because the splash guards are on the lower hemisphere of the wheel well.
