TeraLaunch Wheels by AEROLARRI
The TeraLaunch wheels by AEROLARRI take the "Structure Staggered" patent pending design to the next level after the acclaimed Hurricane style reveal. The Hurricane style is AEROLARRI's #1 selling wheel style with the first, and less extreme, Structure Staggered utility patent pending design application. Simply put, the Structure Staggered design adds more structure to the face of the rear wheels while assimilating into the overall wheel style. It is "Form Follows Function" incarnate- not just pretty, given the extreme rear wheel forces for modern high-HP/torque cars and especially the C8 Corvette now having the first Corvette rearward weight bias. This can only economically be done with true forged manufacturing processes. Modern cars have far more horsepower along with wheels and tires with extreme widths. As AEROLARRI pushes the boundaries with the widest wheels, attention to increased lateral and torsional performance was addressed in the most elegant way.

We at AEROLARRI are taking a page out of the C8 Corvette’s strategy book and changing the wheel game with a new selection of an absurd value. Most all true forged wheels cost $6,000 to $12,000 per set since they are CNC milled from a solid block aluminum and take a long time to make. Utilizing unique digital abilities and efficient logistics, AEROLARRI is able to deliver the same true forged wheel that’s completely CNC’d from a solid block of aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum at a fraction of the normal cost. This includes all-new designs and pioneering engineering such as the Multicave (multiple concavities which aid in lateral stability). AEROLARRI also is launching the “Structure Staggered” wheels category, such as the Hurricane style. Structure Staggered is a utility patent pending set of wheels where the rears have more structures on the face to aid the increased lateral and torsional demands of high-power cars. Reinventing the wheel is what AEROLARRI does. It has been doing it for nearly a decade and includes the ShockWheel, RimWings and the augmented reality HoloSpect.
C8 Corvette HTC (Convertible)
Suspension: Stock (Not Lowered)
Finish: Graphene Glaze Polished
Sixe: 20x9.5 and 21x12.5 Structure Staggered with 255/30-r20 Front Michelin tires and 325/25-R21 Rear tires. These 21x12.5 rear wheels and our newly released 21x13 rear wheels are perfect for the new C8 Z06's 345/25-R21 tire size which Michelin is revealing for use on the widebody C8 Corvette variants. C8 Fitment is perfected. Perfectly flush. No Rub. Perfect speedometer reading verified by GPS. Front Lift compatible. No research is required. Just choose C8 Easy Buy or the C8 Corvette options in the checkout. This is only possible by the wheels being true forged, and so the perfect custom measurements are dialed-in to .001 of a millimeter.
Non-C8 wheel buyers also get perfect fitment. The standard checkout page allows you to dial in the exact measurements you choose for your specific car. This includes front and rear offsets, widths and diameters. However, the buyer is responsible for ensuring proper fitment. What you enter there is exactly what will be delivered. AEROLARRI Wheels is not responsible for incorrect entries or improper research.

Limited Edition to X of 299 sets – Another AEROLARRI first - Each AEROLARRI wheel style also pioneers Limited Edition sets. This means that the unique number of each customers’ set is CNC-engraved in the center cap. So you may get “1 of 299”, “35 of 299” all the way to the end of the edition at “299 of 299.” This too is only possible due to the fact each set is custom CNC’d as a true forged wheel. For reference, there are 1,000 more Ferrari F40s made than any first edition AEROLARRI Wheel style.

The TeraLaunch combines multiple AEROLARRI pioneering firsts in wheel design.
- 1 -Structure Staggered (Patent Pending) - Where the rear wheels have more structural integrity for lateral and torsional strength by having more (a plurality of) and/or different spokes or other structural elements which fall into the stylistic theme of the wheel set. Further it is initially economically available by means of true forged wheel manufacturing.
- 2 - This wheel contains elements of the "Multicave" design theory wherein multiple concavities exist. They are both and/or offset from the central concavity cone. One can see this by looking at the spoke pairs coming from a lower position on the wheel hub. So low, in fact, that an adjacent wall is made to compensate.
- 3 - A new design theory called "Inverse Concavity." This involves (in this case) the additional rear spokes having independent concavity which is contrary to the main concavity of the wheel.
- 4 - "Perspective Continuity" - This involves the main additional spokes of the Structure Staggered rear wheels having angles of height (or a plurality of directions), which, when looked at together with the other spoke styles, complete the original style pattern no matter what angle the wheel is viewed from.
Below is a series of chopped CAD files for the 3rd wheel of this kind - being the intended World's Widest Wheels for the C8 Corvette - 21x13 - The same rear wheels as a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. When added to the 20x9.5 wide fronts, this creates more contact patch than the said SVJ which has only 20x9.0 fronts. (or even our new 20x10 fronts for the C8 Corvette which will be standardized soon in the C8 Corvette Easy Buy section at the top of every style's page).
This is also an example of how each customers' unique CAD file is checked for accuracy, in Chicago where AEROLARRI is based, by Chet Baigh, before being send to the CNC machines for final milling.

Complete Trident Structure - (on the right side)
One Trident spoke removed to see the Inverse Concavity and emphasize the Perspective Continuity for the remaining spoke.
An example of another perspective of Perspective Continuity from an impossible angle - Also a indication of mesh resolution for these renderings. (not a CAD solid in this case for milling - for engineering you experts). The resolution of the renderings is 6x smaller than the thickness of a human hair (.0001 mm). There are only 2-3 mm of clearance with this extreme World's Widest Wheels. Yes, we nailed it with NO RUB. And this is the perfect "Form-Follows-Function" application of the Structure Staggered utility patent filed (pending). 21x13 wheels are made more strong and durable with Structure Staggered applications. Also NOTE that the buyer for this #3 21x13 rear set chose Air Shipping for $899 extra over the regular $288 (saving only 20 days), so it will be shown publicly with no regard to the limited edition number sequence. This irregular sequence delivery also happens regularly in actual production due to block size availability and other factors like rarity of a 21x13 block. Thus the only factor in getting a #3 of 299 vs a #4 of 299 is the order in which they are purchased. Much like a patent priority date/time.
Multicave theory sectional with the dual spoke angle and wall far below which the concavity begins.
Mesh cleanliness and symmetry is a testament to the quality of the CAD files. (trust us that's a big thing). Every customers' CAD (solid) /CGI (mesh) file is this good. The mesh files have between 1,650,000 polygons and 4,000,000 polygons. Top tier ultra fast computers are needed to do all this efficiently. Primarily Alienware CPUs with absolute top spec.
Here is a 20x9.5 front wheel with C8 Corvette offsets. The offsets on all standard model Corvettes are "High" meaning that the wheel concavity needs to be very flat. This is done in preparation for future widebody variants of the Corvette like the Z07, ZR1, Grand Sport, eRay, and Zora. ( same with the C5/C6/C7 where the offsets are soo extreme (+79 stock rears) that we can't even make wheels for the base models). See our offsets limit chart for various wheel sizes in the Fit All Cars section pictures. We are making C7 Z06 sets now with 21x10.5 fronts with 295/25-r20 tires and 21x12.5 rears with 325/25-R21 tires. This (and 19/20) is available for all C6 and C7 widebody variants and all our styles. Both C6 and C7 sets are in production now for customers.
