The price of these true forged wheels are for a full set of 4. Yes, it's an absurd value. You may select whatever measurements you wish for both front and rear wheels. If there is no difference between front and rear for your car, just make them the same. What you input on this page is what will be delivered. It is just that easy! Take your time here and make sure it is correct. These are limited edition wheels with each set's center cap engraved with the edition number, like 1 of 299, and 2 of 299. All current styles are limited to 299 sets. The edition number (the X of 299) you will get is not disclosed.

Check the Offset Limit Chart in the picture to see if the offset you want is compatible with a given wheel size.

Standard TPMS tire sensors are compatible.

Upon completion, you can get pictures of your actual set of wheels before shipping.

Delivery timeline: Manufacturing time of 20 days. Shipping time of 30 days by Sea. (Give or take). Total minimum delivery time estimate = 50 days. (7+ weeks)

Fast Shipping by Air is a high extra cost = 15 days instead of 30.

Tracking codes are given only after they are made. Tracking codes only go live when the packages arrive at local carriers like UPS and FedEx. The shipment consists of 4 separate wheel boxes.

Warranty: A 1 year full replacement structural warranty is included for defects. Unlike other wheel warranties, this warranty IS transferrable to a new owner in the case you sell your car. Please provide transfer of ownership documents at that time.   

Returns: All wheel orders are custom orders and can not be returned or refunded for any reason. This is standard for all true forged wheels within the industry.

Our friends at CorvetteBlogger published this spyshot of the Z06 Corvette with uncovered wheels. Being immediately inspired, we had our own Z06Z version in development by the end of that day. Except having only this poor picture, and a hazy concept, we purposefully added our own innovate style and structure including bridges between the spokes, sharper angles, and a list of other elements. We have already found this to be a very popular style. Not at all because of any Z06 association, however. C8 Fitment is perfected. Perfectly flush. No Rub. Perfect speedometer reading verified by GPS. Front Lift compatible. No research is required. This is only possible by the wheels being true forged, and so the perfect custom measurements are dialed-in to .001 of a millimeter. 


Non-C8 wheel buyers also get perfect fitment. The standard checkout page allows you to dial in the exact measurements you choose for your specific car. This includes front and rear offsets, widths and diameters. However, the buyer is responsible for ensuring proper fitment. What you enter there is exactly what will be delivered. We at AEROLARRI are taking a page out of the C8 Corvette’s strategy book and changing the wheel game with a new selection of an absurd value. Most all true forged wheels cost $6,000 to $12,000 per set since they are CNC milled from a solid block aluminum and take a long time to make. Utilizing unique digital abilities and efficient logistics, AEROLARRI is able to deliver the same true forged wheel that’s completely CNC’d from a solid block of aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum at a fraction of the normal cost. This includes all-new designs and pioneering engineering such as the Multicave (multiple concavities which aid in lateral stability). AEROLARRI also is launching the “Structure Staggered” wheels category, such as the Hurricane style. Structure Staggered is a utility patent pending set of wheels where the rears have more structures on the face to aid the increased lateral and torsional demands of high-power cars. Reinventing the wheel is what AEROLARRI does. It has been doing it for nearly a decade and includes the ShockWheel, RimWings and the augmented reality HoloSpect.

​This is how a true forged wheel is made. The entire wheel (including the face) is CNC milled from a solid block of 60610-T6 Aerospace grade aluminum. It is not poured into a cast (a cast wheel) and then rolled (like flow forged, and other names). Cast wheels are only 60% as strong as forged wheels. 

Limited Edition to X of 299 sets – Another AEROLARRI first - Each AEROLARRI wheel style also pioneers Limited Edition sets. This means that the unique number of each customers’ set is CNC-engraved in the center cap. So you may get “1 of 299”, “35 of 299” all the way to the end of the edition at “299 of 299.” This too is only possible due to the fact each set is custom CNC’d as a true forged wheel. For reference, there are 1,000 more Ferrari F40s made than any first edition AEROLARRI Wheel style.

A little back story. Chet Baigh invented and built the HoloSpect which uses manufacturers' own CAD files to display wheels in augmented reality on their own cars. All the brands loved it, but nobody other than one provided the files. Why? Because most budget wheel companies don't have their own CAD files. They make them overseas for dirt cheap and never needed the files. However, the premium US brands’ true forged wheels are made in the USA and they do have good value, like a car made in Italy. We will always favor those products, but the market was asking for wheels which cost less than $6,000-to-$12,000 per set. Since the HoloSpect business plan was to add more brands' wheels endlessly using their CAD files, like magazine ads, that plan needed to change. AEROLARRI thus dug past the rabbit hole and now sends each of the actual CAD files to the manufacturer overseas for production.  Further, AEROLARRI has now designed lots of unique and innovative styles, including customer-commissioned designs. The only way to proceed was to create an entirely new wheel brand. And so AEROLARRI Wheels was born. For such low cost, the buyer generally needs to understand that delivery takes a while, and the wheels are completely custom made to order. They generally take 7-11 weeks for delivery. But since any true forged wheels take 6 to 12 weeks for delivery regardless of the source, it’s virtually no sacrifice at all. One bonus is that buyers will get pictures of their completed wheels before the long shipping time by sea.

These prices and designs are made possible by using some of the same digital engineering tactics of the U.S. Air Force’s new “eSeries” of aircraft. For the first time ever, the USAF will begin designating planes based on how they were designed (with the “e” meaning digitally engineered), versus their role alone. It’s really that substantial. The first of the USAF’s ePlanes and eSatellites is Boeing’s new eT-7A Red Hawk trainer jet. These engineering methods not only allow for next-gen products, but also far lower costs. And we are passing these cost savings onto the customer.
